Hi, I’m Sara, a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping adults heal from trauma and reconnect with themselves and others in a meaningful way.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, and throughout my career, I’ve specialized in working with individuals who feel disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or their sense of purpose. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to express what they’re going through. My role is to help them find the words, the clarity, and the path forward.

As a member of the Latino community, I understand how culture, family dynamics, and unspoken expectations can shape our emotional lives. I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity into the therapy space, honoring each person’s background and lived experience.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I ask deep, thoughtful questions that help clients explore who they are beneath the roles they’ve had to play. Together, we create a space where healing, insight, and authentic connection can happen.

I’m also a wife and mother, which deeply informs how I show up—with empathy, patience, and a strong sense of purpose.

If you’re ready to explore your story and reconnect with yourself, I’d be honored to support you.
